Modern Freezing Processes

Step One

Our products are rapidly frozen onboard the vessel to temperatures as low as -60°C, locking in the natural flavour and quality giving the desired result of frozen in time freshness.

Step Two

Before production begins, each product is carefully defrosted and temperature monitored using our bespoke defrosting systems, achieving a better than fresh result.

Step Three

The next steps are to ensure the overall quality and freshness of the product is maintained which is why using our meticulously designed process we can achieve this.

Fresco Prime

OUR IN-HOUSE LAB

Fresco Prime has an in-house lab and technical team that can provide “just in time” histamine testing of our products. Microbiological verification testing is also carried out on all of our products on a weekly basis by our third-party UKAS laboratory.
