Fresco Fisheries is a family owned business with over 30 years’ experience in the Seafood business. Fresco Fisheries has made its mark in the industry as one of the country’s largest importers of fresh and frozen exotic seafood such as Tuna & Swordfish.
Fresco Prime has an in-house lab and technical team that can provide “just in time” histamine testing of our products.
Using modern freezing processes, our products are rapidly frozen onboard the vessel to temperatures as low as -60°C, locking in the natural flavour and quality giving the desired result of frozen in time freshness.
